An extension station shall be confined to the same premises as the CENTREX or restricted station with which it is associated. II. RATES The following rates include the switching equipment, telephones, atten- dant's positions, and other facilities for complete CENTREX service as covered in the General Regulations section of this tariff. 1. CENTREX Service Monthly Rate *First 200 Main Stations, each *Next 200 Main Stations, each *Over ~oo Main Stations, each *Student Residence Main Stations, each Extension Stations, each: Administration Residence Restriction Feature on Main Stations, each $11.75 9.75 5.50 5.50 1.75 1.50 .50 Minimum System: 200 Lines Administrative Stations Minimum Student Residence Main Stations: 1,200 *Mileage charges at 15~ per 1/10 pair mile or fraction thereof apply on that portion of station lines extending through underground duct facilities furnished by the Telephone Company. An excess mileage charge of ~O~ per 1/10 pair mile or fraction thereof shall apply on any station located off customer premises, on that portion of the station line extending outside the customer's premises. Mileage charges at 20~ per 1/10 pair mile or fraction thereof will apply on all station lines extending outside the building in which the station equipment is located if the switching equipment is located on Telephone Company premises. 2. When the customer makes collection of student toll charges, the customer will retain 35~ of the monthly rate charge for each student residence main station as a commission for collection service. 3. This tariff contemplates that CENTREX telephone service will be furnished all occupied rooms in any dormitories to which service is extended hereunder for at least the full nine months of the fall and spring semester, and student residence station rates contained in this tariff are based on collection of that rate for said period. However, subject to minimum system above stated, charges will be discon- tinued as of date service is discontinued on stations in rooms va- cated on account of student withdrawals before completion of a semester"
