<br />The Mayor rem i nded the Counc il that the Charter requ ires
<br />adoption of an ordinance sett~ng forth rules and order of
<br />business. Dr. Craddock moved that the Mayor appoint a
<br />committee to work with the City Secretary on preparation
<br />of such an ordinance to present to the Counci I at the next
<br />meeting. Mr. Damon seconded the motion and on 1"01 I cal I,
<br />the fol lowing vote was recorded:

<br />The Mayor declared the motion carried, and appointed
<br />Dr. Craddock and Dr. Pool to work with the City Secre_
<br />tary on~ suitable ordinance.

<br />The Mayor read the caption of the LCRA Proposal Ordinance,
<br />which constituted the third reading, as required by the
<br />Charter. ,01". Pool moved that the Ordinance be adopted

<br />The Mayor declared the Ordinance, Passed, Approved and
<br />Adopted.

<br />The Mayor introduced two annexation ordinances for second
<br />reading. Dr. Craddock moved the adoption by caption of
<br />an ordinance annexing a portion of Hackberry Street. Mr.
<br />Korff seconded the motion and on 1"01 I cal I, the fol lowing
<br />vote was recorded:
