District School <br />for a new schoo I be rezoned, from "R I"to '~P211, se~ attach <br />ed. A plat of the area was examined. The Mayor said if <br />the Counci I approved the change, an ordinance amending the <br />zoning map would be required. Mr. Flores moved that the <br />recommendation of .the Planning & Zoning Commission be <br />approved, and an ordinance amending the zoning map be adopted. <br />Mr. Damon seconded the ,motion and on roll call,the following <br />vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: <br />NAY: <br /> <br />Cr~ddock, Damon, F~ores,korff, Pool,Serur, Whittenberg. <br />None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. <br /> <br />Herman Korff gave a land Committee report on negotiations for <br />acquisition of a site for the water reservoir. Dr. Pool moved <br />that Mr. Willburn's price of $11,000, plus legal fees, be <br />accepted. Mr. Damon seconded the motion. Th~ matter was <br />thoroughly discussed. Mr. <br />Freudiger silid the lOCill Housing Authority Board recommended <br />the site. Mr. Damon moved that the Council accept .the recommend- <br />ation of h~ Housing Authority Board and approve the Zimmerman <br />property s the site for the ildditional public housing units for <br />San Marco Mr. Whittenberg seconded the motion. The site was <br />
