The Counci I, by common consent, <br />authorized the City Manager to offer the property for sale. <br /> <br />The City Manager reported on the Crews property, discussed <br />at a previous meeting. He said it was almost impossible <br />to establish boundaries, and asked whether the Council wish- <br />ed him to proceed. Dr. Craddock suggested he consult with <br />Don Cude on the advisabi lity of getting a survey on the <br />property. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Wolff reported that he and Counci Iman Korff had inspected <br />a used front-end loader in Kingsland. Price of the loader was <br />quoted at $4,000. Mr. Wolff stated that with $3,500 spent in <br />repairs, two years' use could be expected of the equipment. <br />A new front-end loader would cost from $12,000 to $15,000. The <br />matter Was discussed. Mr. flares moved that Mr. Wolff be author- <br />ized to purchase the used front-end loader for $4,000.
