<br />The Mayor cal led the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. The Reverend
<br />Lester Hill, Ass i stant Rector at St. Mark's Church, gave the
<br />I nvocat i on.
<br />
<br />The Minutes of theApr i 124, /. 967 meeting were approved as
<br />presented, on motion of Dr. Craddock, and second of Mr. Damon.
<br />
<br />The Mayor introduced two ordinances of annexat~on. for final
<br />reading. Dr. Craddock moved adoption by caption of an ordinance
<br />annexing a portion of Hackberry Street, and an ordinance annexing
<br />the Adcock property in Fairlawn Addition. Petitions, with plats,
<br />and the Ordinances, are attached as a part of the Minutes.
<br />Counci Iman Flores seconded the motion, and on roll ~al I, the
<br />following vote was recorded:

<br />The Mayor introduced for consideration an ordinance adopting
<br />ru I es and order of bu s i ness. Dr. Craddock moved adopti on of
<br />the Ordinance. Mr. Damon seconded the motion. The Ordinance
<br />Was read in ful I and discussed. Dr. Craddock amended her motion
<br />to include wRol I Cal IW on the Agenda. On vote the fol lowing
<br />was recorded:
