<br />The City Manager discussed a paving program by
<br />property owner participation. Dr. Pool moved that
<br />the CounciJ approve the owner-participation assess-
<br />ment route of financing paving, with the detai Is to
<br />be worked out by the City Manager and presented at
<br />the next meeting. Mr. Korff seconded the motion and

<br />The Mayor read aloud a letter from a society of St. John's
<br />Church,. "The Chi Idren of Mary", requesting that members be
<br />allowed to sell snow cones in City Park on S~nday afternoons
<br />during the Summer, see attached. Dr. Craddock moved that
<br />the request be forwarded to the Parks & Recreation Board
<br />for a rec6mmendation to the Council. Mr. ~Iores seconded
