r I I I I I I L_ j \/ THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS CITY OF SAN MARCOS I I I On this the 15th day of June, 1967, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the ~egular meeting place thereof in the City library with the fol lowing members present, to-wit: ELLIS SERUR, DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK CAESAR A. DAMON lUCIANO H. FLORES DR. WilliAM C. POOL Mayor Councilmen DOROTHY O. WORREll, City Secretary and the following absent: Counci Imen Herman Korff and Mark H. Whittenberg, constituting a quorum, at which time the following, among other proceedings had, were the following: The Mayor introduced a proposed ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. Councilman Pool moved adoption of the ordinance on first reading. The motion was~seconded by Councilman Damon. The motion carried by the following vote: AYES: NOES: Craddock, Damon, Flores, Pool, Serur None The Council adjourned to reconvene at City Hal', the 16th day of June, 1967. ~:~~~~*"?*"?~.?*".k On this the 16th day of June, 1967, the City Counci I of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in adjourned regular session at the City Hall with the following members present, to-wit: ELLIS SERUR, DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK 'CAESAR A. DAMON lUCIANO H. FLORES Mayor Counc i I men DOROTHY O. WORREll, City Secretary and the fol lowing absent: Counci Imen Herman Korff, Wi I liam C. Pool and Mark H. Whittenberg, constituting a quorum, at which time the following proceedings were had: The Mayor introduced a proposed ordinance, which was read by caption for second reading, as required by the Charter. Counci Iwoman Craddock moved adoption of the ordinance on second reading.
