<br />City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in adjourned regular
<br />session at the City Hal I, with the following members present:

<br />at which time the following proceedings were had:

<br />The Mayor introduced a proposed ordinance, which was read by
<br />caption on final reading, as required by the Charter.
<br />Councilman Damon moved final adoption of the ordinance.
<br />The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Craddock. The motion
<br />carried by the following vote:

<br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUDITING AND ALLOWING CLAIMS
<br />FOR INDEBTED~ESS INCURRED FOR THE PURPOSE OF EVI-
<br />DE~CING INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS
<br />I NCURRED FOR GENERA L OPERATING PURPOSES, I NC LUD I NG
<br />SALARIES, MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, AND LEGAL AND OTHER
<br />NECESSARY GENERAL OPERATING EXPENSES OF SAID CITY;
<br />AND AUTHORIZING THE DELIVERY OF CITY OF SAN MARCOS
<br />GENERAL PURPOSE WARRANTS, SERIES 1967, TO EVIDENCE
<br />SAID INDEBTEDNESS.

<br />WHEREAS, heretofore on the 13th day of March, 1967, the City
<br />Counci I of the City of San Marcos, Texas, passed an ordinance
<br />authorizing the issuance of CITY OF SAN MARCOS GENERAL PURPOSE
<br />WARRANTS, SER I ES 1967, dated Apri I I, 1967, Numbers I to 200,
<br />inclusive, of the denomination of $1,000 each, aggregating $200,000,
<br />bear i ng 4!% interest per annum, and matur j ng on ApI' j I 1st, $5,000
<br />in each of the years 1968 to 1970, inclusive, $10,000 in each of
<br />the years 1971 and 1972, $15,000 in each of~ the years 1973 to 1979,
<br />inclusive, and $20,000 in each of the years 1980 to 1982,
<br />inclusive; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the fol lowing claims, duly verified, have been presented
<br />to the City Council of said City:
