That the City of San Marcos, Texas, has received full <br /> <br /> <br />value and consideration for said Warrants Numbers 24 to 70, inclu- <br /> <br />sive. <br /> <br />Section 4. That the excess of $66.39, as shown by said claims, <br />shall be carried forward to the next exchange of claims for warrants. <br />Section 5.
