<br />~er annum, and maturing on April 1st, $2,000 in 1971, $10,000 in 1972,
<br />~15,000 in each of the years 1973 and 1974, and $5,000 in 1975.

<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY that The First National Bank of San Marcos,
<br />Texas, is the owner and holder of certain claims or accounts, in the
<br />amount of $47,066.39 duly audited and allowed by ordinance passed by
<br />the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, on the lOth day
<br />of July, 1967, recorded in Book 34, of the Minutes of said City
<br />Council, which claims or accounts are described in detail in said
<br />ordinance, and reference thereto is hereby made for a full, complete
<br />and accurate description of said claims or accounts.

<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY that The First National Bank of San Marcos,
<br />Texas, has delivered to the City Officials above named said claims or
<br />accounts described in the aforesaid ordinance of the City Council,
<br />and which claims or accounts are to be cancelled by said officials,
<br />the delivery of said claims or accounts being in lieu of the above
<br />mentioned $47,000 CITY OF SAN MARCOS GENERAL PURPOSE WARRANTS, SERIES
<br />1967, dated April I, 1967, this day received by said The First
<br />National Bank of San Marcos, Texas, from the City Officials herein-
<br />above named; the excess of ~66.39, as shown by said claims,having
<br />been carried forward to the next exchange of claims for warrants.
