<br />AN ORDINANCE DECLARING VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED A
<br />CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND OUT OF BLOCK NO, 2, J.S. TRAVIS
<br />ADDITION, SAN MARCOS, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE
<br />BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE H.Y. PRICE
<br />ENTERPRISES, INC., OF SAID PORTION OF LAND FOR ANOTHER I
<br />PORTION OF LAND OUT OF SAID BLOCK, SUCH EXCHANGE OF LAND

<br />Mr. Serur introduced a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to
<br />execute and fi Ie an appl ication for a grant in aid from the
<br />Department of Housing and Urban Development, for water and
<br />sewer improvements. The Resolution, which included an agree-
<br />ment to comply with the Civi I Rights Act of 1964, was read
<br />in ful I and is made a part of the Minutes. Mr. Damon moved I
<br />approval of the Resolution. Dr. Craddock seconded the motion
