(d) Wood Street, from its intersection with the east line of Fredericksburg Street to its intersection with the west line of Guadalupe Street, and another segment of Woods Street from its intersection with the east line of North LBJ Drive to its intersection with the east or northeast line of Moon Street. (e) Roanoak Street, from its intersection with the east line of Edward Gary Street to its intersection with the east line of North LBJ Drive. (f) Roanoak Street, from its intersection with the west line of North LBJ Drive to a line one (1) foot east of the boundary line between the Southwest Texas State College Student Center and the St. John's Catholic Church. (g) Matthews Street, from the college property line between what was formerly known as the Spear property and the Summit Oaks Apartments property line, eastward to its intersection with the west line of Guadalupe Street, and Matthews Street from the intersection with the east line of Guadalupe Street to its intersection with the east line of Elm Street, and finally, I (h) Pleasant Street, from its intersection with the east line of North LBJ Drive to its intersection with the west line of Olmos Drive. Section 2. That any interest the City of San Marcos may have in. the above-described portions of said streets be quit- claimed immediately by the City of San Marcos to the State of Texas, for the use and benefit of Southwest Texas State College, for the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), such quitclaim to be executed by the mayor of said city and attested by the secretary thereof.
