<br />THENCE, leaving the said Bluebonnet BlanMet Mills,
<br />tract, in à. Northeasterly direction with the said
<br />existing City Limits, approximately 200 feet, more
<br />or less, to an East corner of the said existing City
<br />Limits, for a re-entrant corner of the tract herein
<br />described;
<br />
<br />THENCE, in a Northwesterly direction with a Northeast
<br />line of the said existing City Limits, crossing the
<br />Missouri-Pacific Railroad, passing the Southeast line
<br />of that 0.82 acre tract conveyed to Humble Oil and Re-
<br />fining Company by James W. Gary by deed dated Janua¥y
<br />1, 1929, and recorded in Volume 97, Page 454, Hays
<br />County Deed Records, passing the Northwest line of the
<br />said Humble Oil and Refining Company 0.82 acre tract,
<br />the Southeast line of the Austin-San Antonio Post Road
<br />crossing the said Road, and continuing on to a North
<br />corner of the said existing City Limits, for the most
<br />Westerly corner of the tract herein described, same
<br />being on the Northwest line of the said Austin-San Antonio
<br />Post Road;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said existing City Limits, in a
<br />Northeasterly direction with the Northwest line of the
<br />said Austin-San Antonio Post Road, to the most North-
<br />erly corner of the tract herein described, same being
<br />at the intersection of the Northwest line of the said
<br />Austin-San Antonio Post Road with the projection of
<br />the Northeast line of the aforementioned Lot 8 of the
<br />said Shadrach Partition;
<br />
<br />THENCE, S 450 01' E, with the projection of and the
<br />Northeast line of the said Lot 8, cros~ing the said
<br />Austin-San Antonio Post Road, passing a concrete mon-
<br />ument on the Southeast line of the said Austin-San
<br />Antonio Post Road, passing a concrete monument on the
<br />Northwest line of the aforement.ioned Missouri-Pacific
<br />Railroad, passing a concrete monument on the Southeast
<br />line of the said Railroad, and continuing on to a re-
<br />entrant corner of the tract herein described, same
<br />being the West corner of that 12.59 acre tract of land
<br />conveyed to L.B. McClanahan by L.A. Fritts by deed
<br />dated July 3, 1944, and recorded in Volume 130, Page
<br />263, Hays County Deed Records;
<br />
<br />THENCE, Leaving the said Lot 8, with the Northwest
<br />line of the said McClanahan 12.59 acre tract, the follow-
<br />ing courses numbered (1) and (2):
<br />(1) N 440 32' E, 454.63 feet to a concrete
<br />monument;
<br />(2) N 32° 36' E, 273.21 feet to an iron stake
<br />at the North corner of the said McClanahan 12.59
<br />acre tract, for a North corner of the tract herein
<br />described;
<br />
<br />THENCE, S 490 04' E, 786.17 feet to a concrete monument
<br />at the East corner of the said McClanahan 12.59 acre
<br />tract, for the most Easterly corner of the tract herein
<br />described, same being on a Northwest line of the afore-
<br />mentioned existing City Limits;
<br />
<br />THENCE, with the Northwest line of the said existing
<br />City Limits, the following courses numbered (3) and (4):
<br />(3) S 450 52' W, 777.3 feet to an iron stake at
<br />the South corner of the said McClanahan 12.59
<br />acre tract, the East corner of the aforementioned
<br />Lot 8 of the said Shadrach Partition;
<br />(4) leaving the said McClanahan 12.59 acre tract,
<br />S 450 46' W, 1316.55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
<br />containing 66 acres of land, more or less;
<br />
<br />be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the City of San Marcos, Texas.
