WORRELL, <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />City Secretary <br />Counci Imen Korff and Pool <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, at which time the following, among other <br />proceedings had, were the following: <br /> <br />~~!!~~Counci (woman Craddo~k <br /> <br />introduced a proposed <br /> <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br /> <br />~~~!~~Councilwoman Cradd3ck moved that the rule requiring <br />ordinances to be read at more than one meeting of the City Council <br />be suspended. The motion was seconded by Councilman Whittenberg <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Craddock, Damon, ~ Flores, Serur and <br />Whi ttenberg .rox~ <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOES: NONE . <br /> <br />~Counci lwoman Craddocknoved that the ordinance be <br /> <br />passed finally.
