<br />regular meeting, may 13, 1968 <br /> <br />page three <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OFFERING A <br />REWARD FOR THE ARREST AND CONVICTION OF ANY <br />PERSON FOUND GUILTY OF DAMAGING OR DESTROYING <br />AN OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE WITHIN THE <br />CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Councilman Dannelley moved approval of the Resolution. <br />Councilman Zavesky seconded the motion and on roll call, the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE, Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Pool, Serur, Smith, Zavesky <br />NAY, None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved. <br /> <br />The Mayor moved approval of Mr. Flores and Mr. Dannelley to the <br />Land Committee. Dr. Craddock seconded the motion and On roll call <br />the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE; <br />NAY: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Craddock, Pool, Serur, Smith, Zavesky <br />Flores <br />Dannelley <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />The Mayor moved appointment of Mrs. Ruth Manske as United Nations <br />Day Chai~man. Dr. Craddock seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor extended an invitation <br />a League of Women Voters meeting <br />Bank. Speakers for the even~ng <br />discussing the need for a Foster <br /> <br />from Mrs. Tom <br />Thursday, May <br />were from the <br />Homes Program <br /> <br />Brasher to attend <br />16, at the State <br />State Welfare Dept., <br />for San Marcos. <br /> <br />The Mayor reminded Councilmen of the Region Seven Texas Municipal <br />League Meeting in Seguin, May 16. <br /> <br />Mr. Serur read aloud the latest communication from Penzoil, <br />regarding the City's interest in purchase of the local gas <br />distributing system.
