<br />tract of land, S 82"36'E, 213.06 feet to an old iron stake at the most Eastern
<br />corner of the Nelson lot and the most Northern corner of Lot 4 of the G. B. Ezell's
<br />Estate as of record in Vol. 53, page 8, of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas,
<br />and Lot 4 was conveyed by W. E. Ezell, et ux., to H. A. Nelson by deed of date
<br />February 20, 1912, and of record in Vol. 61, pages 384.85 of the Deed Records of
<br />Hays County, Texas; and the most Western corner of Lot 5 of the G. B. Ezell's Estate
<br />for the most Southeastern corner of the tract of land hereby conveyed and from which
<br />point an Elm tree, 22 inches in diameter (original) bears N 65021'W, 18.1 feet;

<br />THENCE with the Northwest line of Lot 5 and the Southeast line of the Lightfoot's
