A. McNaughton Addition. All of Lot 7, facing <br />on Alamo Street, 160 feet to b~ divided into two (2) lots, 80 feet each; <br />100 foot side line including 20 feet of Lot 6. This will make two (2) <br />lots 80 x 100 feet each. These lots are to be sold for residential use <br />only. It was voted unanimously to forward this request to the City Coun- <br />cil with the Commission's approval. <br /> <br />Two items are presented for your information: 1. At the Planning & Zoning <br />meeting held November 5, 1968, Homer Hamilton has requested a change of <br />zoning of 10.947 acres out of the T. J. Chambers #2 Survey, from "R-l" <br />(non-conforming) to "0" (multi-family). The Commission voted unanimously <br />to hold a Public Hearing on November 19, 1968. 2. A Public Hearing was <br />held November 5, 1968 on Harvey A. Holmstrom's request for a change of <br />zoning on part of Farm Lot 15 and Farm Lot 16, located at 826 and 828 <br />Burl eson Street, from "Rn (non-conforming) to n On (multi -family) . More <br />than 20% of the adjacent property owners protested the proposed change, <br />making mandatory a denial of the request. <br /> <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />I JEYjr./vw <br />
