regular meeting, december 18, 1968 page two Dr. Craddock moved that the City annex the portion of Westover Addition recommended~by the Planning and Zoning Commission, including the two lots petitioned for annexation by A.D. Ad60ck. Mr. Zavesky setonded the motion, and on roll call, the following vote WaS recorded: AYE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, S~ith, Zavesky NAY: None I The Mayor declared the motion carried. Acting on the second recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Mr. Zavesky moved that the adjoiriingtracts petitioned by Sidney Kyle and San Marcos Properties be annexed, provided the necessary footage for widening lamar Street to 50 feet be ded- lcafed to the City. Mr~ Smith seconded the motion and on roll call, the following vote Was recorded: AVE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, Smith, Zavesky NAY: None T~e Mayor declared the motion carried. The City Manager brought before the Council a request from {he Boswell Company for a time extension of 111 calendar days on construction of the Waste Water Treat- ment -Plant. Attached was a recommendation from Lock- wood, Andrews & Newnam,' I nc. that a cha nge order be granted on extension of time, based on the necessary time for delivery of the clarifier for the plant. Mr. Dannelleymoved tha~ the extension be granted The Boswell Company, as requested. Dr. Craddock second- ed the motion and on roll call, the following vote was recorded: I AYE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, S~ith, Zavesky NAY: None The Mayor declared the motion carried. The City Manager brought before the Council a petition from E;E.Cummings and Frank Sharp concernirigeffluent for irrigation. The City had previously granted Mr. Sharp the right to use 2000 gpm of effluent from the Waste Water Disposal Plant when the land Was purchased. Mr. Sharp has sold some o~he land to Mr. Cummings and requests that the right to use the effluent go with the tract of- land adjacent to the Treatment Plant. Dr. Craddock moved that the ri~ht to transfer the uSe of effluent with the land. Mr. Flores seconded the motion and on roll call, the following vote waspEicorded: I AYE: Craddock, Dannelley,.
