Ad60ck. Mr. Zavesky setonded <br />the motion, and on roll call, the following vote WaS <br />recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, S~ith, <br />Zavesky <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />Acting on the second recommendation of the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission, Mr. Zavesky moved that the <br />adjoiriingtracts petitioned by Sidney Kyle and San <br />Marcos Properties be annexed, provided the necessary <br />footage for widening lamar Street to 50 feet be ded- <br />lcafed to the City. Mr~ Smith seconded the motion <br />and on roll call, the following vote Was recorded: <br /> <br />AVE: <br /> <br />Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, Smith, <br />Zavesky <br /> <br />NAY: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />T~e Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />The City Manager brought before the Council a request <br />from {he Boswell Company for a time extension of 111 <br />calendar days on construction of the Waste Water Treat- <br />ment -Plant. Attached was a recommendation from Lock- <br />wood, Andrews & Newnam,' I nc. that a cha nge order be <br />granted on extension of time, based on the necessary <br />time for delivery of the clarifier for the plant. <br />Mr. Dannelleymoved tha~ the extension be granted <br />The Boswell Company, as requested. Dr. Craddock second- <br />ed the motion and on roll call, the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AYE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, S~ith, <br />Zavesky <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />The City Manager brought before the Council a petition <br />from E;E.Cummings and Frank Sharp concernirigeffluent <br />for irrigation. The City had previously granted Mr. <br />Sharp the right to use 2000 gpm of effluent from the <br />Waste Water Disposal Plant when the land Was purchased. <br />Mr. Sharp has sold some o~he land to Mr. Cummings <br />and requests that the right to use the effluent go with <br />the tract of- land adjacent to the Treatment Plant. Dr. <br />Craddock moved that the ri~ht to transfer the uSe of <br />effluent with the land. Mr. Flores seconded the motion <br />and on roll call, the following vote waspEicorded: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AYE: Craddock, Dannelley,.
