President of the League of Women <br />Voters of San Marcos, acted as Moderator for the Program. <br />Panelists were David Barrow, Jack Goodman and Terrell Blodgett <br />of Austin, who spoke in that order on different aspects of <br />HCACOG". A question and answer period followed. Dr. Pool <br />moved that the City of San Marcos affiliate with the <br />Capital Area Council of Governments. Mr. Dannelley seconded I <br />the motion and on roll call, the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: <br />NAY; <br /> <br />Craddock, Dannelley, Serur.
