No publ ic hearing or permit shal I be required for trai ler <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />houses located in districts zoned UP-I", "P-2", "Mil, "C", or "I"; how- <br /> <br />ever, all other portions of this ordinance shall apply to trai ler houses <br /> <br />unless located in a trailer park on a temporary basis. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />That, except as hereby amended, said Zoning Ordinance of May 23, 1966, <br /> <br />shall otherwise remain unchanged. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />The public welfare, health and safety being presently endangered <br /> <br />due to the fact that the present ordinances of the City of San Marcos <br /> <br />do not prohibit backing out of an off-street parking place across a <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />public sidewalk or into a public street, and do not provide for the <br /> <br />temporary location of trailer houses; therefore, an emergency exists, <br /> <br />requiring that the provisions of the Charter of the City of San Marcos, <br /> <br />Texas, which provide that ordinances to read on three several days and <br /> <br />that no ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of ten <br /> <br />(10) days following the date of its final passsage, be dispensed with at <br /> <br />this time.
