<br />A RESOLUTION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE UNDERTAKING OF SURVEYS AND PLANS <br />FOR JUAN VERAMENDI I, PROJECT TEX. R-115, AND FOR <br />FILING FOR AN APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ADVANCE OF <br />FUNDS, PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 24TH DAY OF <br />JULY, 1967. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Resolution approving undertaking of surveys <br />and plans for Juan Veramendi I, Project TEX. R-115, and for filing <br />for federal advance of funds was unanimously passed on the 24th <br />day of July, 1967; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to continue the survey and planning <br />activities of Juan Veramendi I, Project TEX. R-1I5; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amount of $216,459 which was approved by the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development has been exhausted <br />due to unexpected planning expenses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, THAT: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The amount of $216,459 which was originally approved <br />by the Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />for the survey and planning of Juan Veramendi I, TEX. <br />R-1I5, be amended and increased in order to cany out <br />and complete the survey and planning of said Juan <br />Veramendi I. Project TEX.
