The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommends to the Counci I that before such action is taken, <br />that sufficient street width be provided for to make lamar Street a <br />minimum of 40 feet wide, to allow for traffic in the area. <br /> <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
