Commis s ioners <br /> <br />Submitted herewith are two sample resolutions for the Council's con- <br />sideration at its regular meeting on March 10, 1969. <br /> <br />The first resolution is necessary for the Agency to continue it's opera- <br />tions during the review and funding period of Project Tex. R-1l5 (the river <br />proJect). We are asking the Federal Government to extend the budget period <br />for an additional six months, and provide necessary funds accordingly. <br /> <br />Approving this resolution is in no way obligating the City of San Marcos <br />for any part of the expense of the additional planning advance. It does advise <br />the Federal Government of your awareness of the Agency's additional request <br />of time and planning advance. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The second resolution discloses and makes public the fact that Laura <br />Ramsay and Robert W. Walts, Chairman and Commissioner, respectively, own <br />property in an urban renewal area; and since it was acquired by them before <br />
