REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, MARCH 24, 1969 Present: Mayor Ellis Serur Councilmen: Emmie Craddock, Ph.D. Ronald J. Dannelley Luciano H. Flores William C. Thompson, Frank Contreras, Jr. Ross King, Ed Slaughter, V. W. Hartman, Warren C. Brown, C.O. Duff, Jim Brown, Garla.nd Warren, . Tom Ruby, Charlotte Crisp, Jerri Veidt The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. The Minutes of the March 10 & Marc~ 21, 1969 meetings were approved as presented, on motion of Mr. Zavesky and second of Dr. Pool. I The Mayor read aloud a letter from the Planning & Zoning C~mmission, see attached. Dr. Creddock moved that the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission be accepted, and a trailer per~it be granted to H.M. Thompson, 727 Belvin, in accordanc.e with an emendmentto the Zoning Ordinance recent- ly passed by the Council. Mr. Zavesky seconded the motion and on roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, Pool, Zavesky NAY: None The Mayor declared the ~otion carried. Taking action on a second item in the communication from the Planning & Zoning Commission, Councilman Dahnelley moved approv- al of a change of zoning on approximately 30 acres on Old Ma.rtindale Road, from "R-l" to "D", as re.quested by Bruce Conway. Councilman Zavesky seconded .the motion and on rollcalL the following vote was recorded: AYE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, Pool, Zavesky NAY: None I The Mayor decl~red the motion carried.
