<br />(10) foot wide temporary working space easement immediately adjacent <br /> <br />to and running along the entire Northeast side of said perpetual <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />easement: <br /> <br />A part of Lot 27 of Guerrero's Resubdivision, plat <br />of which is recorded in Volume 146, page 639, of the Hays <br />County Deed Records, said lot having been conveyed by <br />Eliseo Guerrero, Sr., and Elizabeth Guerrero to Macario <br />Hernandez and Juanita Hernandez, by deed dated January 28, <br />1953, recorded in Volume 155, page 217, of the Deed Records <br />of Hays County, Texas, said permanent easement being <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />BEING a strip of land 10 feet in width and approxi- <br />mately 88 feet long extending from the common line between <br />Lots 26 and 27 of Guerrero's Resubdivision to the Northwest <br />line of said Lot 27, said line also being the Southeast <br />right-of way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad, said 10 <br />foot strip being bounded on the Southwest by the Southwest <br />line of said Lot 27 and on the Northeast by a line parallel <br />to and 10 feet from said Southwest line of Lot 27; said <br />permanent easement containing approximately 880 square feet <br />of land area. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, ADOPTED AND EFFECTIVE this the 23rd <br /> <br />day of June, A.
