J. <br />Chambers Survey, located 'on Lamar Street, from "R-l" (single-family residential) <br />to "D" (multi-family). A petition was presented by Mr. Karren. It contained <br />six signatures of property owners within 200 feet of the proposed zoning change, <br />stating that they offered no objection to Mr. Karren and Mr. Yochem's request. <br />Vor your information, seven persons ~e within 200 feet of the property under <br />consideration. A copy of the petition'is attached to this letter. After due <br />discussion and consideration by the Commission, the request for change of zoning <br />was approved, with five members voting "yes", and one abstaining.
