<br />I <br /> <br />We specifically recommend that the City Council of San Marcos, <br />Texas, take the following action: <br /> <br />1. Pass a resolution to award the construction contract <br />for Improvements to Water and Sewer Systems, San <br />Marcos, Texas, to George Consolidated, Inc., on the <br />basis of his low bid less nineteen deductive alternates, <br />subject to the concurrence of the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development. <br /> <br />2.
