<br />Texas, and further being a part of that 187.3 acre tract of land <br /> <br />conveyed by Banker's Life Company to Robert G. Fourqurean, by deed <br /> <br />dated January 1, 1945, and recorded in Volume 131, pages 422-425, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Hays County Deed Records, the centerline of said ten foot perpetual <br /> <br />easement being described by metffiand bounds as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point located in the Southeast line of said <br />187.3 acre tract, same being the Northwest right-of-way line of the <br /> <br />Missouri Pacific Railroad, which point bears S. 330 52' w. 5 feet <br /> <br />from the East corner of said 187.3 acre tract, same being the South <br /> <br />corner of said City View Addition; <br /> <br />THENCE N. 440 15' W. parallel to and 5 feet from the <br /> <br />Northeast fence line of said 187.3 acre tract, for a distance of <br /> <br />645 feet to a point for the terminus of said center line, located in <br /> <br />the Northwest line of said 187.3 acre tract, said point bearing S. <br /> <br />220 35' W. 6 feet and N. 440 15' W. 39 feet from a one-half inch <br /> <br />iron pipe located on the South bank of Purgatory Creek and in the <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Northeast line of said 187.3 acre tract, said perpetual easement <br /> <br />to lie five (5) feet on each side of said center line above-described <br /> <br />and to contain approximately 6,450 square feet of land area; <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, ADOPTED AND EFFECTIVE this the lst <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, A.D. 1969. <br /> <br />--;/; <br />S.- / <br />.'
