<br />1.1.6 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services, and the Engineer <br />will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and <br />information. <br /> <br />1.1.7 Assemble a Project team comprised of the City's representatives and the Engineer's <br />representatives. The Engineer will meet with the Project team to set the design and production <br />schedule and parameters for all subsequent work, to verify the components within which all Proj ect <br />participants must perform, and to identify all parties and significant deadlines involved in the <br />comprehensive schedule strategy. Based on this information, the Engineer will prepare a detailed <br />schedule of its work for the Project addressing each component of the work to be done, indicating <br />the points of involvement of all project participants. The Engineer will conduct weekly progress <br />meetings between the Project team and the Contractor once the construction contract is executed. <br /> <br />1.1.8 Assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for filing documents required for <br />the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Proj ect. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - DATA COLLECTION AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Attend two Project meetings during the preliminary design stage of this task. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Attend three meetings with Project stakeholders to include TSUSM, the general public, and <br />the City Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Contact and coordinate with local utilities to obtain water line, wastewater line, gas line, <br />electrical line and telecommunications line records. Engineer will illustrate utility lines on plans <br />utilizing the information it receives from the various utility providers and, as possible, identify <br />utilities that may be in conflict with the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Prepare on the ground topographic survey and Project base sheets at a scale of 1" = 20' using <br />the City's coordinate system. This survey will include: <br /> <br />a) l' contours to be used in the design ofthé storm sewer line and the pond. <br />b) identification of existing at ground or above ground utilities <br /> <br />1.2.5 Prepare preliminary design plans showing existing utilities and storm sewer design. <br /> <br />1.2.6 Evaluate the necessity for additional utility easements. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Prepare a preliminary engineering report to include: <br /> <br />2 <br />
