2. Paragraph 3, Coml)ensation to the Consultant, as shown in the <br />original agreement (Exhibit I), shall be modified as set forth <br />herein- <br /> <br />l) Section 3B, Phase I, shall be revised to include the fees <br />necessary to accomplish the additional tasks ir Paragraph 1.a. <br />above, an amount equal to $1,696 (One thousan(' six hundred <br />ninety-six dollars), payable upon execution of this amendment. <br /> <br />2) Paragraph 3C, Subsequent Phases, shall be amended to include <br />the accomplishment of Phase II. Compensation for consul ting <br />services in the performance of Phase II shall be in the amount. <br />of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000).
