Pursuant to the development of the above fifteen chapters, the Consultant <br />will develop, administer, and analyse a citizens' input questionnaire as well <br />as attend the following meetings: <br /> <br /> a. seven Master Plan Executive Committee meetings, <br /> b. two Master Plan Committee public meetings, <br /> c. one meeting of all the plan element liaisons, <br /> d. one meeting with each of the plan element liaisons individually, <br /> e. twelve meetings with city staff combined with the appropriate <br /> <br /> plan element liaison for the completed element draft, <br /> <br /> f. nine meetings with city administrative staff prior to Master Plan <br /> <br /> Committee and Executive Committee meetings, <br /> <br /> g. one planning and zoning commission hearing, <br /> h. one city council hearing, <br /> i. one meeting with administrative staff prior to each of the two <br /> <br /> public hearings. <br /> <br /> The element liaison will be the person that the consultant works with <br /> <br />in developing each element of the plan. Element liaisons will be <br />designated by the City Staff and will be coordinated with the executive <br />committee. They may be staff members or persons outside the staff with <br />expertise in that particular element, and they may represent a committee <br />or advisory board. They may also be liaison for more than one element. <br />The number of element liaisons will not exceed fifteen (15), however. <br /> <br /> <br />
