c) Ditch improvement layouts to include station/offset for ditch improvements, which <br />may include re-grading, riprap, gabions, or other improvements as defined in the <br />PER; <br />d) Drainage quantity summary sheets and estimate; and <br />e) Drainage standard sheets, using TxDOT standards; <br />Signing, Pavement Marking, and Sig_nalization Design: <br />1.3.6 Prepare pavement marking plans for Project. The Engineer will show Project baseline <br />stationing with offsets for striping layouts in these layouts. <br />1.3.7 Prepare signing layout for the Project showing existing signs to be removed and proposed <br />signs. The Engineer will show the station/offset to each sign on the layout. <br />1.3.8 Prepare Traffic Signal Plans to: <br />a) Coordinate with City to obtain necessary information including available plans in <br />both hard copy and electronic formats and traffic signal design requirements. <br />b) Coordinate with the City and the project team to obtain existing survey, roadway <br />design, utility design, pavement marking design, and signing design files for inclusion <br />as base files in design of the traffic signals. This scope assumes that all base files will <br />be provided by the City or the project team in electronic format. <br />c) Perform field reviews at the intersection of LBJ Drive and Sessom Drive to document <br />and confirm existing geometrics, lane assignments, signs, and pavement markings, <br />and to confirm locations of existing traffic signal equipment, existing overhead and <br />underground utilities, and existing power sources. <br />d) Coordinate with the City and TxDOT in identifying power sources, conduit runs, and <br />any potential overhead utility conflicts, and coordinate with the utility companies to <br />resolve conflicts. <br />e) Design traffic signals required for the project. Traffic signal plan sets for the <br />intersection of LBJ Drive and Sessom Drive will be prepared. <br />1.3.9 Prepare quantities, including pavement marking quantities, signing quantities, and signal <br />quantities. <br />1.3.10 Prepare pavement marking, signing and signal standards. <br />Miscellaneous Tasks: <br />1.3.11 Design and provide plans for a storm water pollution plan, which will comply with <br />Environmental Protection Agency, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and United <br />States Fish and Wildlife Service requirements to include: <br />a) Location and type of silt fence, berms, filter dams or other erosion control devices as <br />12 <br />
