required; <br />b) Erosion control quantities; and <br />d) Erosion control standards. <br />1.3.12 Prepare retaining wall analysis/layouts/details as follows: <br />a) Establish, in consultation with the City, locations of retaining wall borings required <br />for retaining wall analysis and design; <br />b) Prepare a retaining wall external stability analysis and corresponding report for all <br />retaining wall locations; <br />c) Utilize wall type as determined by the geotechnical report and approved by the City; <br />d) Prepare retaining wall layout sheets showing plan and profile of retaining walls, and <br />associated details, including soil borings in plan and profile views; and <br />e) Utilize design standard under drains behind all walls. <br />1.3.13 Prepare a Construction Sequence and Traffic Control Plan ("TCP") to include: <br />a) The design of a conceptual traffic control plan based on Texas Manual on Uniform <br />Traffic Control Devices ("TxMUTCD") and the City guidelines. The Engineer will <br />provide one (1) conceptual traffic control design for review and approval by the City. <br />In addition, the Engineer will consider and implement input from TxState and other <br />affected parties as possible; and <br />b) Preliminary traffic control plan sheets based on approved conceptual design. The <br />Engineer will note modifications of conceptual design due to design considerations <br />will be noted in memorandum to the City for approval. <br />1.3.14 Prepare final TCP plan sheets based on the approved preliminary design to include: <br />a) Narrative of traffic control plan detailing phasing of construction; <br />b) TCP layouts, which will include lane closure locations, taper lengths, signing, <br />striping, typical sections and any other required information; <br />c) Traffic control summary of quantities; and <br />d) Traffic control standards. <br />1.3.15 Prepare waterline design as follows: <br />a) Prepare final 12-inch waterline design drawings according to recommendations from <br />the PER in accordance with standard City and TCEQ design criteria. The Engineer <br />will include Drawings that will include cover sheets, plan and profiles, standard <br />details, traffic control, tree protection and erosion protection plans. Waterline <br />improvements will extend along North LBJ Drive from W. Sessom Drive to W. <br />Holland Street; <br />b) Facilitate City permit coordination and application approval; <br />13 <br />
