1.1.3 Perform general administrative duties associated with the Project, to include <br />monitoring/reporting, scheduling, general correspondence, office administration, and invoicing, <br />as follows: <br />a) Project Reports: <br />i Prepare and submit monthly progress reports and invoices to the City for review <br />and approval. <br />ii Prepare and submit interim progress reports every two weeks to the City for <br />review and approval. <br />1.1.4 Maintain an "issues list" identifying the dates Project related issues become known, the <br />person responsible for solution(s), date solution(s) will be provided, and final resolution of the <br />issue. <br />1.1.5 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of design, surveying, geotechnical <br />investigations, environmental studies, right of way issues, traffic control, utility Engineering, <br />permitting, and other services as previously approved. <br />1.1.6 Meet and/or communicate with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to <br />brief the City on the progress of work. <br />1.1.7 Participate in meetings with the City to include: <br />a) One (1) initial kickoff meeting; <br />b) Twelve (12) monthly progress meetings; <br />c) Six (6) follow up meetings; <br />d) Three (3) public meetings; <br />e) Two (2) meetings with TxDOT; and <br />f) Four (4) meetings with TxState. <br />1.2 TASK 2 - PRELIMINARY DESIGN PHASE <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.2.1 Desi n Studies -Review existing plans, field conditions, and right-of--way plans for their <br />implication on design, construction, and schedule and provide options and preferred approaches <br />for minimizing impacts to include: <br />a) Review of roadway design parameters, including, but not limited to, horizontal <br />alignment, vertical alignment, grades, retaining wall locations and pavement sections; <br />
