• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-62R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A LEASE <br />AGREEMENT WITH IBEX LEASING CO. FOR THE <br />PREMISES LOCATED AT 1003 WEST SAN ANTONIO <br />STREET, LOCKHART, TEXAS FOR THE LOCATION OF <br />A WIC SATELLITE OFFICE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1.
