<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />To facilitate the administration of the election, and <br /> <br />as a convenience to the voters, during the absentee voting <br /> <br />period of Monday, March 19, 1979 through Tuesday, April 3, 1979, <br /> <br /> <br />City agrees to designate the School District Office, 501 South <br /> <br />L.B.J. Drive, as a Branch Absentee Voting Office for the City <br /> <br />and School agrees to designate City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, as <br /> <br />a Branch Absentee Voting Office for the School. <br /> <br />City and School further agree to maintain a Branch <br /> <br />Absentee Voting Office for each other in accordance with <br /> <br />Article 5.05 V.T.C.S. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />On Election Day, all forms used in the conduct of the <br /> <br />election, including but not limited to, the poll list, <br /> <br />signature roster, ballot registers, report of voting results, <br /> <br />tally lists, expense accounts, and all oaths and certificates <br /> <br />will be used jointly by the two agencies. All forms will be <br />returned to the City Secretary who shall keep them in her <br /> <br />custody and shall deliver those documents known as the election <br /> <br />returns to the School in accordance with Section IV of this <br /> <br />agreement.
