CHAMBERS SURVEY, BEING A PORTION OF TRACT TWO AND TRACT FIVE AS CONVEYED FROM GUADALUPE LUCIO, ET AL, TO ~~RIANA LUCIO, ET AL, BY DEED DATED JULY 14, 1955 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 165 PAGE 167 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS SAID 18.30 ACRE TRACT LIES CONTIGUOUS WITH THE SOUTHWEST CITY LIMIT LINE OF TilE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: CO~lMENCING at an iron pipe found for the easterly north corner of the above mentioned Tract Five, the west corner of a ten acre tract conveyed by John J. Biggs to Charles Welge by deed dated June 30, 1926 and recorded in Volume 91 Page 582 of the Hays County Deed Records and being a point in the southeast line of a 100 acre tract conveyed by Mrs. Addie Walder, et aI, to Charles Laidley by deed dated February 6, 1939 and recorded in Volume lID Page 639 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE with the common line of Tract Five and the Laidley tract as fenced and used upon the ground the following two calls: 1. S49048'W 150.59 feet to an iron rod set at a fence corner post, 2. S26011'E approximately 101.5 feet to a point at the intersection of the southwest city limit line of the City of San Marcos, with the aforementioned common line, from which point the west corner of the San Marcos city limit line bears N44057'W approximately 2495 feet, said point being the north corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 593-I-A and prepared for Jose Lucio dated September 8, 197, and revised. September 25, 1978 for George Dimmick as prepared by.James E. Byrn and Associates of San Marcos, Texas with the southwest city limit line S44057'E 1731.93 feet to a point at the intersection of the southwest city limit line with an old wire fence for the east corner of this tract; THENCE leaving the southwest city limit line with the southeast line of this tract the following three calls: 1. S38006'W approximately 84 feet to an iron rod set at a 10 inch elm in an old wire fence at it's intersection with an old stone fence, 2. S85024'W 274.73 feet leaving old fence line and with the line of an old stone fence to an iron rod set at a 10 inch cedar, 3. S49055'W 336.96 feet with the old stone fence to an iron rod set at the south corner of this tract on the northeast line of that proposed flood control easement as established by an on the ground survey performed by the Soil Conservation Service at the time of this survey:
