<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THENCE with the southwest line of this tract and the northeast <br /> <br />line of <br />ing two <br />l. <br />2. <br /> <br />the proposed flood control easement the follow- <br />calls: <br />N33027'W 473.95 feet to an iron rod found, <br />N44049'W 954.07 feet to an iron rod set for the <br />west corner of this tract and on the southeast <br />line of a 2.00 acre tract mentioned in the <br />above referenced deed recorded in Volume 165 <br />Page 167 as having been conveyed from Guadalupe <br />Lucio, et aI, to Tiburcia Lucio Acosta; <br /> <br />THENCE N43040'E 8.53 feet leaving the northeast line of <br />the proposed flood control easement with the northwest <br />line of this tract and southeast line of the Acosta 2.00 <br />acre tract to an iron rod set at a corner fence post on the <br />southeast line of the Laidley 100 acre tract and being an <br />interior corner of the above mentioned Tract Five from <br />which an old iron pipe found for the most westerly north <br />corner of Tract Five bears N46020'W 528.79 feet; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common line of this tract, the Laidley 100 <br />acre tract and Tract Five as fenced and used upon the <br />ground the following three calls: <br />I. N83039'E 217.63 feet to a 36 inch oak tree <br />marked by an iron rod set, <br />2. N18029'E 360.31 feet to an iron rod set at fence <br />angle point, <br />3. N26011'W approximately 97.00 feet to the PLACE OF <br />BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and <br />bounds 18.30 acres of land, more or less, as prepared <br />from a survey made on the groung during July 1978 and from <br />public records during January 1979 under the direction <br />of James E.
