<br />- 2 - <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />informatiop and special support services from City employees <br />with the City Manager of the City. <br />IV. <br />COORDINATION BETWEEN AUDITOR AND THE AUDIT COMMITTEE OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL: Audit Committee of the City Council agrees to <br />conduct a minimum of one meeting between the Auditor and the <br />Audit Committee of the City Council of San Marcos during the <br />period of the regular annual audit between October 1, 1978 and <br />December 31, 1979. Such meeting shall exclude all persons other <br />than representatives designated by the Auditor and present members <br />of the City Council Audit Committee or their alternates. City <br />and Auditor agree that additional meetings excluding City employees <br />and Staff may be called at the discretion of either the City or <br />the Auditor at any other time during the regular annual audit or <br />at any other time during which the Auditor is providing additional <br />accounting services to the City. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />V. <br />OTHER ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES: Auditor agrees to <br />provide other additional accounting services to the City during <br />the period of October 1, 1978 through September 30, 1979. Such <br />services will consist of any financial consultation required and <br />requested by the City. <br /> <br />~I <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br /> <br />COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES: City agrees <br /> <br /> <br />to compensate Auditor for additional accounting services on a <br /> <br /> <br />pro-rata per diem basis commencing after October 1, 1979, with <br /> <br /> <br />compensation in the form of reimbursements to the Auditor for <br /> <br /> <br />man-hours utilized and travel time computed on a one-way basis <br /> <br /> <br />only from time of departure from A~ditor's premises to arrival <br /> <br /> <br />at City work premises. <br /> <br />VII. <br />COORDINATION BETWEEN CITY AND AUDITOR DURING ADDITIONAL <br />ACCOUNTING SERVICES: In order to facilitate the work of the <br />Auditor and in order to ensure minimum disruption of the normal <br />performance of City business in all departments, Auditor agrees <br />
