<br />Page 2 <br /> <br />FIRST: The Grantee shall devote the property hereby con- <br />veyed only to the uses specified in the applicable provisions of <br />the Urban Renewal Plan or approved modifications thereof. <br /> <br />SECOND: The Grantee shall promptly commence the construc" <br />tion of any improvements required by the Urban Renewal Plan within <br />a reasonable time after the property is acquired for purposes of <br />redevelopment. <br /> <br />THIRD: The Grantee agrees for himself and any successors <br />in interest not to descriminateupon the basis of race, color, <br />religion, sex, or national origin in the sale, lease or rental or <br />in any use or occupancy of such land or any improvements erected <br />thereon or any part thereof. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The covenants and agreements contained in the covenant numbered <br />FIRST shall run for twenty-five (25) year period from the date of <br />this Deed. The covenants and agreements contained in the covenant <br />numbered SECOND shall terminate on the date the Grantee commences <br />the construction of any improvements required by the Urban Renewal <br />Plan. The covenant numbered THIRD shall remain in effect without <br />any limitation as to time. <br /> <br />The Grantor shall be deemed a beneficiary of covenants numbered <br />FIRST through THIRD, and the United States shall be deemed a bene- <br />ficiary of the covenant numbered THIRD, and such .covenants shall run <br />in favor of the Grantor and the United States for the entire period <br />during which such covenants shall be in full force and effect, with- <br />out regard to whether the Grantor or the United States is or remains <br />an owner of any land or interest therein to which such covenants re- <br />la ted.
