A..!T~IEST: ~r! . .; / / ,tX~, ~ DorIss Hambrick City Secretary (b) Sanitation Department To Provide: The Sanitation Department of the City of San Marcos shall provide said service upon request by a person living within the corporate limits of said City. Said service shall only be provided at locations within the corporate limits of said City. Said department shall keep an accurate record of the loading time required at each stop. Said records shall be submitted, together with information sufficient I to identify the proper person to be billed, to the Finance Department on a weekly basis. (c) Finance Department to Collect Charges: The Finance Department shall collect the charges for said service. Bills shall be rendered monthly. When due: Bills for said service are due and payable on or before the tenth (10th) day of the month in which the same fall due. In the event any user of said service shall fail or refuse to pay said bill within thirty (~O) days after the date of billing, no further service shall be provided. (d) That Chapter 12 Entitled "Garbage and Trash" of the Code of Ordinances of said City be and is hereby renumbered to provide for the inclusion of the above described section 12-2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after final passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
