<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PROJECT STAFF <br /> <br />The project staff consists of the City Manager, <br />Administrative Assistant to the City Manager, and the <br />Director of Finance. Job descriptions of the Administrative <br />Assistant to the City Manager and the Director of Finance <br />are attached. <br /> <br />Since the City Manager po~ition is established by <br />the City Council, a formal job description is not available. <br />However, a copy of the Charter sections dealing with the <br />position of City Manager is included. <br /> <br />Briefly, the City Manager will review the work of the <br />consultants and the project director at major decision <br />points in the development of the personnel components. <br /> <br />The project director will be working most closely <br />with the consultant in preparing recommendations to the <br />City Manager on modifications to the existing personnel <br />systems. <br /> <br />The Director of Finance will serve as an advisor <br />and additional consultant in implementing changes to the <br />systems. <br />
