100 (c) In the event any vehicle shall be found standing or parked upon the follCMing described parts of streets the sarre shall be a nuisance per se, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, said signs designating such area as a 1;a.v&<\Wliyzzon<;l, shall be removed by any police officer and taken to a place designated by the chief of police for such purposes: Lindsey Street, North Side, North Street to Cananche Street. I Wood Street, North Side, North Street to Cananche Street. Notice to the owner of said vehicle shall be pro- vided pursuant to Section 29-l52(b).. The owner of said vehicle shall be entitled to. the posses- sion thereof upon payment of all 1;a.ving, preserva- tion, and storage charges resulting from placing the vehicle in custody. Said charges shall be as authorized by Section 38-8 of the code of Ordinances of San Marcos, Texas. In the event said vehicle shall not be redeened by its = or agent within twenty (20) days after the date of notice given pursuant to section 29-152 (b), a notice of sale shall be sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to said owner, and said notice shall constitute notice of the pending sale to said owner. Sairl notice of sale shall designate the place of sale, the manner of sale, and state a time and date of sale which shall not be less than fourteen (14) days from the date of said notice of sale. The renedy and costs provided for in this subsection shall I be cunu1ative of any and all other penalties provided by ordinances of the city. SE:TION 2. That section 29-l23, entitled "No parking anytime" of Article v, entitled "Traffic-Control Devices" of Chapter 29, entitled "Traffic" of the Oode of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is here- by amended to read as follows: Sec. 29-123. No parking anyt:irre. In accordance with the terms of this chapter, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall anyt:irre park a vehicle upon any of the follCMing described streets or parts of streets: Alley south of Jackson Lane, both sides. Blanco Street, West side, Hopkins Street to San Antonio Street. Blanco Street, \~est side, Hutchison Street to Burleson Street, between the hours of '8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Blanco Street, East and West sides, Hutchison Street to Hopkins Street. Burleson Street South side from R.R. 12 (M::lore Street) to Blanco Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a loading zone starting at a point 150 feet west of R.R. l2 (~.tJore Street) to a point 200 feet west of R.R. 12 (M:xJre Street). I Cheatham Street, both sides, from Guadalupe Street to L.B.J. Drive. Chestnut Street, North side, L.B.J. Drive to Lamar Street.
