<br />100 <br /> <br />(c) In the event any vehicle shall be found standing <br />or parked upon the follCMing described parts of <br />streets the sarre shall be a nuisance per se, and <br />when signs are erected giving notice thereof, said <br />signs designating such area as a 1;a.v&<\Wliyzzon<;l, <br />shall be removed by any police officer and taken <br />to a place designated by the chief of police for <br />such purposes: <br /> <br />Lindsey Street, North Side, North Street to <br />Cananche Street. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Wood Street, North Side, North Street to Cananche <br />Street. <br /> <br />Notice to the owner of said vehicle shall be pro- <br />vided pursuant to Section 29-l52(b).. The owner <br />of said vehicle shall be entitled to. the posses- <br />sion thereof upon payment of all 1;a.ving, preserva- <br />tion, and storage charges resulting from placing <br />the vehicle in custody. Said charges shall be as <br />authorized by Section 38-8 of the code of Ordinances <br />of San Marcos, Texas. In the event said vehicle <br />shall not be redeened by its = or agent within <br />twenty (20) days after the date of notice given <br />pursuant to section 29-152 (b), a notice of sale <br />shall be sent by registered or certified mail, <br />return receipt requested, to said owner, and said <br />notice shall constitute notice of the pending <br />sale to said owner. Sairl notice of sale shall <br />designate the place of sale, the manner of sale, <br />and state a time and date of sale which shall not <br />be less than fourteen (14) days from the date of <br />said notice of sale. <br /> <br />The renedy and costs provided for in this subsection shall I <br />be cunu1ative of any and all other penalties provided by ordinances <br />of the city. <br /> <br />SE:TION 2. That section 29-l23, entitled "No parking anytime" of <br />Article v, entitled "Traffic-Control Devices" of Chapter 29, entitled <br />"Traffic" of the Oode of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is here- <br />by amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 29-123. No parking anyt:irre. <br />In accordance with the terms of this chapter, and when signs <br />are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall anyt:irre park <br />a vehicle upon any of the follCMing described streets or parts of <br />streets: <br /> <br />Alley south of Jackson Lane, both sides. <br /> <br />Blanco Street, West side, Hopkins Street to San Antonio <br />Street. <br /> <br />Blanco Street, \~est side, Hutchison Street to Burleson <br />Street, between the hours of '8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Blanco Street, East and West sides, Hutchison Street to <br />Hopkins Street. <br /> <br />Burleson Street South side from R.R. 12 (M::lore Street) to <br />Blanco Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />with a loading zone starting at a point 150 feet west of <br />R.R. l2 (~.tJore Street) to a point 200 feet west of R.R. 12 <br />(M:xJre Street). <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Cheatham Street, both sides, from Guadalupe Street to <br />L.B.J.
