A permit to locate a mobile home may be <br />revoked by majority action of the city <br />council of the City of San Marcos. <br />FOllowing any such revocation, the owner <br />of the mobile home, or the owner of the <br />land upon which same is located, or both, <br />shall remove said mobile home within <br />sixty (60) days of his or their receipt <br />of such notice. Failure to remove the <br />mobile home following receipt of such <br />notice shall constitute a violation of <br />this ordinance. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />6. Any permit issued under the terms of this <br />ordinance shall not be transferable to any <br />person or persons. <br /> <br />7. In the event that there are restrictions of <br />record in the office of the county clerk of <br />Hays County, Texas, which prohibit the <br />location of a mobile home upon the land <br />where the applicant desires to place same, <br />no permit shall be issued. <br /> <br />8. All applications for the temporary location <br />of a mobile home shall contain at least the <br />make, year, model, floor area, and condition <br />of the mobile home. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
