TEXAS, APPROVING A LEASE WITH BUTTERNUr ELEX:TRONICS COMPANY FOR PREMISES u:x::ATED AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORI' mR THE PURPOSE OF MNIDFACI'URING AND SELLING RADIO ANI'ENNAs. AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE AND DECL1\RING AN_.EFFECTJYE DATE WHEREAS, Butternut Electronics Company desires to enter into a lease of premises located at the San Marcos Municipal Airport for the purpose of manufacturing and selling radio antennas; and WHEREAS, the San Marcos MuniCipal Airport CaImission has reccmnended that the City of San Mar=s enter into such a lease; and WHEREAS, a lease with Butternut Electronics Company for premises located at the San Marcos Municipal Airport for the purp:>se of manufacturing and sell- ing radio antennas is consistent with the policy of the City Council of the City of San Mar=s; nDW, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COONCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the lease between the City of San Marcos, Texas and Butter- nut Electronics Company for premises located at the San Marcos Municipal Airport for the purpose of manufacturing and selling radio antennas I a =py of which is attached hereto, be, and is hereby, approved pursuant to the tenn.s and conditions expressed therein. PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, John A. Hansen, be, and is hereby, authorized to execute said lease on behalf of said City. PART 3. That this Resolution shall becane effective from and after its approval by the City Council.
