<br />24b <br /> <br />PART 10. That said election shall be held in accordance with the Election <br />Code of this State and only resident qualified voters of said City shall be <br />eligible to vote at said election. <br /> <br />PART 11. That the Mayor shall give notice of this election in accordance <br />with the terms and provisions of Article 4.05 of the Election Code and <br />Art. 2ge a'1d the City Secretary is hereby instructed to have notice posted <br />and published in accordance with said Articles 4.05 and 2ge. A copy of <br />this order shall also serve as a writ of election which shall be delivered <br />to the above appointed Presiding Judges for said election. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PART 12. That immediately after said election is held, the officers holding <br />the same shall make returns of the result thereof to the Mayor of the City <br />as required by the Election Code of this State. <br /> <br />PART 13. That it is found and determined that in accordance with the order' <br />of this governing body the Secretary posted written notice of the date, place <br />and subject of this meeting on the bulletin board located in City Hall, a <br />place convenient to the public, and said notice having been so posted and <br />remaining posted continuously for at least three days preceding the date of <br />this meeting.
