<br />24a <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 13, at San Marcos High School Auditorium <br />in said City, with Rose Brooks as Presiding Judge and Frances <br />Ybarra, as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall <br />appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed <br />four clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 20, at Bugg Lane Fire Station in said City, <br />with Margie Villalpando as Presiding Judge and Mrs. Gerald Champagne <br />as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint <br />the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed four clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 30, at Crockett School in said City, with I <br />Johrmie Armstead as Presiding Judge and Alice Rubio as Alternate <br />Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary <br />clerks to assist him which shall not exceed four clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 33, at Public Library in said City, with <br />Beverly Pennington as Presiding Judge and Irene Trinidad as Alternate <br />Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary <br />clerks to assist her which shall not exceed four clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 34, at Holland Street Fire Station in said <br />City, with Mrs. J. M. \<Jaldrip as Presiding Judge and <br />Mrs. Robert Storey as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding <br />Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall <br />not exceed four clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 46 at Travis Elementary School in said City, <br />with William Liddle as Presiding Judge and Mrs. D. B. Thomas as <br />Alternate Presiding, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the <br />necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed four clerks. <br /> <br />PAI~ 6. That the polls at each of the above designated polling places shall <br />on s?id election day be open from 7:00 o'clock A. M. to 7:00 o'clock P. M. <br /> <br />PART 7. That the City Secretary is hereby authorized and instructed to <br />pDJvide and furnish all necessary election supplies to conduct said election. <br /> <br />PARr 8. That the order in which the names of the candidates are to be <br />printed on the ballot shall be determined by a drawing by the City Secretary <br />as provided by Article 6.05c, Subd. 3. <br /> <br />PAI~ 9. That !briss Hambrick is hereby appointed clerk for absentee voting. <br />She is authorized to designate the necessary deputy absentee voting clerks. I <br />ThE' absentee voting for the above designated election shall be held at <br />City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins Street and at a Branch Absentee Voting Office in <br />the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District Office located at <br />501 South L.B.J_ Drive. Said places of absenteee voting shall remain open <br />for at least eight hours on each day for absentee voting which is not a <br />Saturday, a Sunday, or an official state holiday, beginning on the 20th day <br />and continuing through the 4th day preceding the date of said election. <br />Said places of voting shall remain open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and <br />5:00 p.m. on each day for absentee voting. The main absentee voting office, <br />located at 630 E. Hopkins Street, is also the absentee voting clerk's <br />mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots voted by mail may <br />be sent. Voting at the main absentee voting office and the branch absentee <br />voting shall be conducted in conformity with Article 5.05, Vernon's Texas <br />Election Code. <br />
