45a Section 6-19. Rules and Regulations. The City shall make such rules, regulations and requirements as it may deem as necessary for the orderly and efficient operation of the Cemetery as to the maintenance of the grounds; burial of the dead; the erection of marker stones or other identifying media, and the plant- ing of shrubs, trees and flowers. Section 6-20. Acceptance of gifts.e I The City shall have the right to accept any gift, grant, donation or contribution from any source. Section 6-21. Right of City to make appropriation and collect ad valorem tax. The City shall have the right to include in its annual budget such sum as may be deemed necessary for the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery and shall have the right, power and authority to assess and collect an ad valorem tax upon all property within the City in accordance with statutory provisions for the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery. Section 6-22. Purchase of burial spaces. There is hereby established the following schedule of fees for the pur- chase of burial spaces within the San Marcos Cemetery: McGehee Addition; Old Original Addition; A.M. Ramsay Addition; Roselawn Addition; Dixon Addition, Sections 2, 3 and 4: Each burial space............ ..$85.00 plus perpetual care. Dixon Addition, Section 1: Each burial space............. .$25.00 I Mausoleum: Each mausoleum crypt........ ...$360.00 Section 6-23. Transfer or assignment of lots. Transfer or assignment of lots is prohibited except with written per- mission of the City. The City shall have the right to refuse consent to a transfer or an assignment as long as there is any indebtedness to the City by the owner of record, or for which the perpetual care fee has not been paid. Section 6-24. Repurchase of lots by City. The City may elect to repurchase a cemetery lot or a mausoleum crypt upon written application of the lot or crypt owner at the following price 'as scheduled: McGehee Addition; Old Original Addition; Roselawn Addition; A.M.
