<br />12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1978-40-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER <br />IN THE WESTOVER AREA WATER AND SEWER IMPROVE- <br />MENT PROJECT. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain changes are needed in said project as identified <br /> <br />by the City Engineerl and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council approved said recommendation 1 now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, ~~EXAS: <br /> <br />Part 1. That said changes as recommended in the memorandum from <br /> <br />the City Engineer to the Director of Public Works dated April 12, <br /> <br />1978, which memorandum is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> <br />for all intents and purposes, be and is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Part 2.
