SCHEDULE 1-7 8 APPLlCABILITI I Applicable to all residential customers served from local alternating current distribution system. Service under this schedule shall apply only to electric service in a single private d"elling and its appurtenances, the major use of which is for lighting and household appliances, for the personal comfort and convenience of those" residing therein. Private dHellings in Hhich space is occasionally used for the conduct of business by a person residing therein will be served under this rate schedule. 1\'here a portion of a dwelling is used regularly for the conduct of bus iness, the electricity consumed in that portion so used "~ll be separately metered and billed under the appropriate Basic Lighting and POHer Rate. If separate circuits are not provided by the customer, the entire premises shall be classified as nonresidential and billed accordingly. This schedule shall not apply to service to institutions such as clubs, fraternities, public housing authorities, orphanages or homes; recognized rooming or boarding houses; the space in an a)Jartment or other residential building primarily devoted to use as an office or studio for professional or other gainful purposes. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Alternating current service at approximately 60 cycles, 110 or 220 volts, either single phase, tHo-wire or three-wire; or, three phase, three-wire or four-wire, as may be required by distributor. Service to water heater to be subject to installation by conSl~er of off-peak control of approved type. HINIMJM MJN'IHLY BILL The minimum monthly bill for customers served under this schedule shall be $1.41 plus the sum of all applicable rate adjustments per meter. the SINGLE POINf DELIVERY I The above rates are based upon the supply of service to the entire premises through a single delivery and metering point. Separate supply for the same customer at other points of delivel~ shall be separately metered and billed.
